We’d rather work with people we like and enjoy the work we do. We want to enjoy coming to work every day – and right now, that’s the case. We all enjoy what we’re doing. We all get a kick out of it, and I don’t think we would enjoy it as much if we were double the size.” “So we’re just going to keep doing what we’ve been doing,” he concludes. “It’s successful, it’s fun.
